LIVING AND DINING ROOM

Antique terracotta amphorae flank a serene arched doorway. Rustic wooden doors open onto a large living space in which double-height ceilings, meter-thick stone walls and traditional sabina beams-whose evocative pine that permeates the house, take us back to the past. This is the center of the estate, a convivial space, a relaxing refuge in the heat of the day.

Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with light, highlighting a group of rusted velvet Arflex Marenco sofas. Mid-century armchair and primitive stools surround a polished stone coffee table. On the wall is a large, hand-woven art installation of hand-woven art, whose natural textures are reflected in the esparto mats.

A huge pine dining table seats eighteen people on cheerful psychedelic chairs, the ideal place for family breakfasts or glorious dinners with friends. Fincadelica pays homage to the local artisans of Ibiza and here we find contemporary ceramics by

POOL

Fincadelicas vast oval saltwater pool is the jewel in the gardens crown. Measuring over 110 square metres in length, it occupies a raised terrace with panoramic views across Ibizas

sun-drenched northern countryside. The limestone sun terrace is also home to a small childrens pool along with open-air showers, an Ofyr barbecue and a fleet of shaded Talenti

sun loungers. A large outdoor dining pergola complete with pool bar is surrounded by lush vegetation and lazy woven hammocks, while an indoor shower and changing suite offers comfort.

OUTDOOR LIVING

These breezy, indoor/outdoor spaces are the heart of Fincadelica, where friends gather to share, to feast, to make music and to dream. Where day turns to night and night into day,

where we lose ourselves in the sounds and scents and rhythms of the island. A spectacular multi-level pergola houses endless living, dining and lounging spaces, all clustered around an ancient Ibicencan stone mill. Just steps from the fincas grand entrance, the upper level of this singular space features a fully serviced marble-topped bar, a rustic stone pizza oven and a classic Josper grill. Theres a 16-seater dining table, a sprawling Roche Bobois chillout area and a dedicated backgammon nook to ensure extraordinary entertaining. Just steps below, the sun-dappled sunken garden features an Ofyr barbecue and a convivial firepit surrounded by fragrant native herbs, sweet strawberries, wild roses and bougainvillea. Pretty paths lead to the glorious gardens. Birdsong fills the air.

THE GROUNDS

The spectacularly rambling Mediterranean gardens capture the very soul of Fincadelica. Originally a historic family home and working farm, the grounds retain the essence of both pleasure and purpose. Ancient olive trees stud the terraces, their watchful presence a nod the fincas past. By night they are lit from beneath, creating organic sculptures among the lavender-lined pathways. A spiral cacti garden suggests the mystical, the otherworldly, while edible plants and abundant fruits encourage gathering and feasting. Traditional terraces rise and fall away, allowing for sweeping views across the surrounding valleys. For young adventurers theres a grassy football meadow with primitive wooden goals, along with a dedicated childrens garden with rustic tree house, tipi and balance beams. Adult explorers can find peace on the outdoor yoga deck or in the traditional wooden boat a quiet space for contemplation and meditation. Hidden speakers, Wi-Fi and security cameras can be found throughout the extensive grounds, along with solar panels and extensive guest parking.

BOAT HOUSE

A traditional Ibicencan caseta varadero, or boat house, forms part of Fincadelicas offering. Situated in the northern cove of Cala Xarraca, some 10 minutes drive away,

a self-drive boat is included and is ideal for exploring Ibiza on the water

BIODYNAMIC GARDEN

Fincadelicas immense, fertile glasshouses are at the heart of the fincas menu. Following biodynamic permaculture practices, seeking to enliven plants by drawing on the cosmos and and avoiding the use of any chemicals ensuring that Fincadelica retains a holistic, organic and ethical approach to farming, gardening, food and nutrition

CAVE

Hidden within the grounds of the estate and accessed through a carved stone entrance is a self-contained underground party cave complete with high-spec DJ equipment and sound system. This soundproofed space is totally unique to Fincadelica and is furnished with a curved DJ booth, handmade wooden bar, vintage Willy Rizzo drink cabinet and tribal statuary. The room works equally well for movie nights, when guests can curl up in the sheepskin-clad chillout alcoves, or for ceremonies and gatherings of any kind.
